Sensitivity adjustment provides additional adaptability under a variety of lighting conditions when in the manual sensitivity mode. Shade 3 light state for outstanding visibility, with an off (fail-safe) state of nominal shade 5. Estimated battery life is 1750 hours. Auto-off turns off filter 30 minutes after last arc. Operating temperature 23°F to 131°F (-5°C to 55°C).
