Bottles & Bottle Caps

Dispensing bottles effectively store and dispense a wide range of adhesives and liquids. Operated by hand, bottles apply adhesive evenly without leakage. The majority of adhesive dispensing bottles are squeezable, giving the user full control during application. Bottles for solvents and cleaners may feature a pump-action design.

Different bottle caps determine the actual flow of the adhesive. Luer lock tip caps feature a universal hub to work with standard, tapered, and brush needle tips. Standard tips include long, blunt-end precision tips for use with up to 100 psi. Tapered tips are used for precision applications and allow a smoother flow with thicker adhesives. Brush needle tips include bristles to spread the adhesive on the surface.

Dropper, spout, and felt nib caps accurately dispense lower-viscosity fluids. Dropper caps include a dropper plug inserted into a ported seal cap. The user pierces the plug to achieve the appropriate dispensing angle. Spout caps are impact resistant and effective on liquid-dispensing bottles. Felt nib caps often feature an acrylic end on a non-return, spring-loaded cap. Felt nib caps are ideal for low- to medium-viscosity adhesives.
