Brushes

Brushes are used in a wide variety of applications to apply paint, varnish and coatings. They are available in a range of sizes, shapes and materials to accommodate different tasks. Brush bristles can be synthetic or natural and have an effect on the quality and shape of application, ease and method of cleanup, and cost. They also affect compatibility with paints and coatings and determine the brush's durability. Brush styles include wide brushes, narrow brushes, angled brushes, as well as oval-shaped brushes. Depending on the application, these brush styles are used to apply oil, lacquer, paint, and varnish.
