Gasket Sealants & Adhesives

Gasket sealants and adhesives are used for creating gaskets and for prolonging gasket life and effectiveness. Gasket makers, also known as gasketing sealants, are silicone based and create formed-in-place gaskets. These products are pressure and temperature resistant and prevent leakage of moisture, gas, and fluid. Some gasket adhesives and sealants are designed to cure instantly, while others can only withstand low pressures during their curing time, which can take up to 24 hours.
