Sanding Sheets & Rolls

Sanding sheets are used for general hand applications such as surface preparation, deburring, cleaning, finishing, and polishing. They can be used with sanding blocks to create a solid sanding surface and prolong sheet life. Sanding sheet attachment type can be PSA or hook and loop. Sheets can have a cloth, fiber resin, film, or paper backing. Waterproof backings are also available for wet sanding. Sanding sheets can have a closed, semi-open, or open coat type. Common abrasive materials include aluminum oxide, ceramic, silicon carbide, talc, and diamond. Choose from very coarse to ultrafine grade, or corresponding grit, depending on material being worked and level of precision required. Sanding rolls are a continuous length of abrasive sanding sheets that can be cut to custom sizes.
