The Duke gloves are made with engineered yarns containing 100% SafeKnit CX fiber for exceptional protection from cuts and abrasions. In testing, The Duke's revolutionary SafeKnit CX material was found to be 30% more resistant to cuts than competitive yarns of the same weight-yet it feels soft and supple on your hand. Plus, for even more protection, a double-stitched leather palm and a reinforced leather thumb crotch provide outstanding protection against punctures and moderate heat. In addition, the palm area provides excellent grip in both dry and wet applications.
