Last Call Terms & Conditions
Purpose
These Terms & Conditions apply to all products labeled as “Last Call” on the R.S. Hughes Company, Inc. ("R.S. Hughes") website. Last Call items are offered at reduced prices and are available only while supplies last. By purchasing a Last Call item, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to R.S. Hughes' standard website Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy.
1. Availability
Last Call items are limited to quantities currently on hand and are available only while supplies last. No backorders, rain checks or substitutions will be offered for these products. Items may include discontinued, end-of-line or overstocked products. R.S. Hughes reserves the right to remove or update Last Call listings at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing
Prices for Last Call items reflect temporary reductions and may change at any time without prior notice. The price is as displayed, with no additional discounts, contract pricing or special price agreements applied to the items. R.S. Hughes reserves the right to correct any errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability. Discounts and promotional pricing are valid only for the duration of the promotion or until available stock is depleted.
3. Returns and Exchanges
All Last Call items are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. Customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully before completing a purchase to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions about a product's specifications, compatibility or condition, please contact Customer Service before placing your order. Once an order for a Last Call item has been submitted, it cannot be modified, cancelled or returned.
4. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties continue to apply to Last Call items unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description. All warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their established warranty procedures and policies.
5. Shipping
Standard R.S. Hughes shipping rates and policies apply to all Last Call items. Expedited shipping and freight options remain available under the same terms as standard products unless otherwise noted at checkout.
6. Order Acceptance
All orders for Last Call items are subject to acceptance and product availability at the time of fulfillment. In the event that an ordered item becomes unavailable, R.S. Hughes will notify the customer and issue a refund for the unavailable product. R.S. Hughes reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information.
