You must have an account, and be signed in, to use the Quick List feature.

Personal labels allow you to group and tag items in ways that make sense to you. You can label items for specific projects, for departments, by use, or in some other way.

Labels are private. They are not visible to other users.

Clicking on a label takes you to a search for all items labeled with it. You can also see all of your labeled items with all their labels in Labeled Items Quick List.
