Return & Refund Policy
Items for return can be shipped back to R.S. Hughes or dropped off at your R.S. Hughes branch location.
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure that all returns are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible:
- Call 877-774-8443 or email your RSH Location and request authorization for return. (Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization).
- Restocking charges may apply to authorized returns.
- Claims for discrepancies in shipment need to be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Materials need to be returned within 30 days from date of shipment.
- Made to Order & Custom Orders are not returnable, unless the material is determined to be defective.
- No cancellations, returns, refunds or credits for Made To Order materials.
- Adhesives & Sealants, are non-returnable if opened.
- R.S. Hughes may be prohibited from offering returns on certain products due to VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) restrictions set by various federal, state, local and other authorities. VOC restrictions may change without notice.
All returns and refunds need to be authorized by an R.S. Hughes Representative.
