Reusable Respirator Headcovers, Helmets & Hoods
Reusable respirator headcovers, helmets and hoods protect a worker’s head and contain purified air that allows the worker to breathe in hazardous environments. A respirator headcover or hood has a harness that fits onto the worker’s head and secures the headgear in place. A respirator helmet is made of harder, less flexible materials and offers protection against impact. Respirator headcovers, helmets and hoods all have visors that provide a wide field of vision and decreased glare. They also have a breathing tube that attaches to the back of the headgear and directs purified air inside.
