Tip Caps

Tip caps connect adhesive containers to dispensing needles and ensure consistent, efficient dispensing. Complete dispensing tips may include needles and tip caps. Different tip caps are available to fit a wide range of barrels and needles. Tip caps provide an airtight seal at the dispensing end of syringes that allows for prefilling syringe barrels or temporarily storing partially used syringe barrels.

Dispense needle tip caps may contain different external threads or designs to fit a variety of barrels and needles. Luer lock tip caps feature a locking ring and universal hub that works with standard, tapered, and brush needle tips. Threaded dispense needles screw into tip caps for a strong hold. Luer lock tip adapters are available to fit a broad selection of barrels and nozzles.
