Anti-Weld Spatter Coatings

Anti-weld spatter coatings protect against spatter that occurs during the welding process. They adhere to metal in welding sites to prevent buildup of weld spatter on nozzles, contact tips, jigs and fixtures, as well as guard against messes on welded pieces. Many anti-weld spatter coatings also act as degreasers to remove process oil, dirt, and grime. Formulations vary and include nonsilicone types as well as soap-based, water-soluble types.
