Solder Fume Extractor Hoods
Solder fume extractor hoods are used to extract solder fume. Hoods sit directly above soldering operations and contain fumes as they are generated during soldering. The two main types of hoods are ducted and ductless. Ducted hoods route the fumes through a passageway to exhaust the fumes outside. Ductless hoods eliminate contaminated fumes through filters and recirculate the cleaned air.
