Air Caps
Air caps used at the final dispensing end on spray guns can also be considered the nozzle. It creates the spray pattern and is responsible for the volume of material applied. Air caps are composed of composites or aluminum and come in a variety of sizes and are keyed to specific spray gun models. When selecting air caps you must consider both the viscosity of the material and the required flow rate.
