Digital Spray Valve Controllers & Pumps
Digital controllers provide reliable, automatic functioning of spray valve dispensing systems. A three-segment spray cycle features programmable time sequences for pre-spray atomizing, valve operation, and post-spray atomizing. By programming and automating each section of the spray process, digital spray valve controllers facilitate complete atomization. The integrated air pressure regulator controls fluid transfer to the valve. Other spray performance factors include the stroke setting and cycle time. Most units come with a foot switch to trigger the unit into timed or manual modes. The consistent pressure and time cycles of a digital spray valve controller reduce spray volume fluctuation and liquid drip.
Positive displacement pumps accurately dispense material in rotospray applications. Commonly used to apply threadlockers, the pump receives commands from a digital controller. The programmable controller feeds retaining compounds from the attached reservoir into the pump for dispensing. A digital multi-function controller operates multiple devices at the once.
