Drills, Electric Screwdrivers, & Jackhammers
Drills consist of power drills, electric screw drivers, rotary hammers and hammer drills, jackhammers and pavement breakers. These are most commonly used to drill holes, drive in screws and other small fasteners. Having the right drills will make the project easier. Power drills are available corded or cordless, these can handle a wide variety of tasks including drilling holes and driving screws in and out. Unlike power drills, an electric screwdriver has slower speed that allows for precision while driving screws. Rotary hammers are heavy-duty tools that use rotation and a hammering action that breaks up concrete. Jackhammers and pavement breakers are meant for high-speed drilling of holes into concrete, masonry or stone.
