LCR Meters
LCR meters test the electrical inductance, capacitance and resistance of a variety of components. Inductance is a change in current in a conductor created by an electromotive force that causes self-inductance. LCR meters measure the magnetic flux produced by electrical currents. Capacitance is the ability to store and hold an electrical charge. LCR meters measure, in volts, an object's ability to continue to hold this electric charge. Resistance is the opposition of the conductor to the passage of electrical currents. LCR meters measure the precise opposition of this current. LCR meters are available in analog and digital forms, handheld for portability or benchtop styles for environments requiring in-depth measurements and readings.
