Lead-Free Solder Pastes
Lead-free solder paste is finely powdered solder combined with a flux paste to create an easily spreadable filler used in soldering applications. Lead-free solder paste is alloyed to meet environmental guidelines and contains varying percentages of tin and antimony. Because it is malleable, solder paste is ideal for applying on difficult-to-reach joints and is often used in reflow soldering, a method used for manufacturing miniaturized electrical circuits.
