Platform Trucks
Platform trucks transport products and equipment. They have tall crossbar handles, load-bearing decks and thick caster wheels. Some casters are shock absorbent to reduce vibration and carry sensitive loads. Most platform trucks can support at least 1,000 pounds with some able to handle much heavier weights. Platform trucks may have raised decks that minimize bending and prevent back fatigue and injury. Decks are made out of heavy-duty steel, HDPE structural foam or super heavy-duty, kiln-dried hardwood.
