Polishing Discs & Pads
Polishing discs and pads are used for scrubbing, buffing, and finishing. Materials can be either natural (e.g., wool, knit wool, and sheepskin) or synthetic (e.g., synthetic wool or foam). Natural materials are generally used for coarser polishing, while foam is used for finer work. Some foam pads have a pleated facing to aid in use with polishing compounds.
