Swabs, Applicators & Examination Brushes
Swabs, applicators and examination brushes are used to clean and disinfect surfaces, remove debris and apply ointments and creams. Applicators include swabs and tongue depressors. Swabs typically have cotton, polyester or polyurethane foam/cotton heads and a wooden handle. Tongue depressors are used to examine patients, mix medicines and apply treatment. They are made out of non-splintering wood.
