These high tensile steel strapping is manufactured for optimum results for every application. These steel strapping are manufactured from cold rolled steel and heat-treated to ensure high tensile strength and excellent shock resistance under demanding strapping conditions. Standard finish is painted and waxed. Regular duty steel strapping coils weigh approximately 100 lbs per coil. Steel Strapping Seals are for use with our steel strapping which are galvanized to prevent rust and provide a secure seal. Regular-duty seals are constructed from .020 steel while our heavy-duty seals are constructed from .0312 steel. Steel strapping is the strongest of all strapping materials. Strapping recommended when high strength and shock resistance are essential. Steel strapping is commonly used to bundle and palletize structural steel, building stone and rail car shipments.
