Pin Terminals
Pin terminals crimp electrical wires to a solid pin, allowing insertion into screw-clamp connections. They are available in insulated and noninsulated forms. Insulated pin terminals are commonly color coded to indicate what range of wire size they can be used with. Red terminals are suitable to use with 22-16 AWG (American Wire Gauge). Blue terminals are used with 16-14 AWG, and yellow terminals are used with 12-10 AWG.
